Prior Information Notice For Public Road Transport Services – Providing Services In The Field Of Public Collective Transport. 1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Passenger Transport Services As Part Of Municipal Public Transport By Road. 2) Transport Will Be Performed On Communication Lines Running Through The Area Of ​​The Trąbki Wielkie Commune And Neighboring Communes With Which The Trąbki Wielkie Commune Has Concluded Appropriate Agreements On The Organization Of Public Collective Transport. 3) Services Are Expected To Be Provided On A Network Of Public Utility Lines, Including In Particular Connections Providing Access To Administrative And Educational Centers And Transfer Hubs. 4) The Detailed Route Of Communication Lines, Timetables And Operational Parameters (Including The Number Of Vehicle Kilometers) Will Be Specified In The Contract For The Provision Of Public Services. 5) The Services Will Be Provided As Public Utility Services Within The Meaning Of The Public Transport Act. 6) The Operator Will Be Obliged To Provide Services In Accordance With The Conditions Specified By The Organizer, In Particular In Terms Of Quality Standards, Availability And Continuity Of Service Provision. 7) The Organizer Envisages Granting Compensation For The Provision Of Public Services, Determined In Accordance With The Provisions Of Law, In Particular Taking Into Account The Principles Set Out In Regulation (Ec) No. 1370/2007 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council.
