The Detailed Scope Of Services That Are The Subject Of This Order Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Constitutes Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3. Miejsce Wykonania Przedmiotu Zamówienia: Stacja Muzeum Ul. Towarowa 3 00-811 Warszawa 4. Mając Na Uwadze, Iż Zgodnie § 6 Ust. 1 Of The Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, The Ordering Party Has Provided For A Lump-Sum Remuneration For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, It Is Recommended That The Contractor Makes A Site Visit, Reads The Content Of This Chapter, In Particular Annex No. 1 To The Swz, And Obtains, At His Own Responsibility And Risk, Any Additional Information That May Be Necessary To Prepare The Offer And Conclude The Contract And Perform The Order. 5.
