Operational Control, Internal Quality Assurance, Governance And Escalation Management Remain Entirely With The Client (Head Of Support Organization & Internal Core Team). The Contractor Acts As An Externally Commissioned Service Provider Under Clear Contractual Quality And Data Protection Controls.
