Tenders are invited for Supplying Energy Bags to the Yemeni Red Crescent Society - Al Hudaydah Branch, to the SocietyS Warehouses in Al Zahra District. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with red wax to the address indicated above, clearly stating the name of the entity, the project name, the tender number, and the name of the bidder, along with the following documents: 1. A bank guarantee, according to the form attached to the tender document, for a fixed amount of US$600, or a certified check, valid for (120) days from the date of bid opening. 2. A copy of the valid registration certificates. 3. A copy of the valid sales tax certificate and tax card. 4. A copy of the valid social security card and zakat card. 5. A copy of the business license/professional practice license. · The envelopes will be opened at the Hodeidah branch of the Yemeni Red Crescent Society Madinat Al-Ummal Street, on Monday, 20/07/2026, in the meeting hall at the address mentioned above, in the presence of the bidders or their representatives with an official authorization signed and stamped.
