1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works For The Task Titled: Construction Of A Bicycle Town On Plot No. 4138/8 In Milówka, Implemented Under The Strategic Plan For The Common Agricultural Policy For 2023-2027, Intervention I.13.1 Leader/Community-Led Local Development (Clld) - Lsr Implementation Component. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: • Construction Of Maneuvering Roads From Ddr-1 To Ddr-6 Along With Connector;• Construction Of Sidewalks For Pedestrians;• Construction Of Parking Spaces For Bicycles With Bicycle Racks;• Construction Of A Place For Bicycle Repairs, If Specified In The Design Documentation;• Construction Of An Educational Element In The Form Of A Railway Crossing, In Accordance With The Design Documentation;• Construction Of Small Architectural Objects, Including Benches, Waste Bins, Flower Pots Or Other Elements Provided For In The Design Documentation;• Construction Of A Fence;• Construction Of Lighting;• Construction Of Power Supply For Traffic Lights Along With Signaling At A Pedestrian Crossing;• Execution Of Vertical And Horizontal Markings;• Preparation Of An As-Built Geodetic Inventory;• Preparation And Submission Of Complete As-Built Documentation Necessary For The Settlement Of The Task. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Determined By: 1. Construction And Executive Design;2. Bill Of Quantities;3. Map For Design Purposes;4. Water Permit;5. Swz With Annexes; The Ordering Party Excludes From The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order The Felling Of Trees And Planting Referred To In The Construction And Executive Design. In Terms Of The Appearance Of The Poles And Booms And Their Colors, The Ordering Party Specified The Requirements In The Bill Of Quantities. The Ordering Party Explains That The Discrepancy In The Development Area Specified In The Construction And Executive Design And The Water Permit Is Due To A Clerical Error In The Decision Of The Authority Issuing The Permit. The Correct Area Is The One Indicated In The Construction And Executive Design. The Subject Of The Order Is Implemented As An Element Of An Operation That Is Generally Available And Non-Commercial Public Infrastructure. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order In A Way That Does Not Violate The Non-Commercial Nature Of The Operation, In Particular Without Introducing Solutions Limiting Free And Public Access To The Facility And Without Placing Advertisements Or Commercial Signs, Unless The Ordering Party Gives Its Prior Written Consent.
