The Subject Of This Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Within The Meaning Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 524, As Amended) As Part Of The Investment Task Carried Out Under The Name Renovation Of The Bus Station Located In Przeworsk On The Plot No. Gr. 636/2 Units Registry: City Of Przeworsk, Registry District No. 1, Together With The Delivery And Installation Of Equipment Specified By The Ordering Party.2. The Scope Of Construction Works Constituting The Subject Of This Order Includes Renovation Of The Surface Around The Bus Station Building In Przeworsk, I.E. Execution Of Construction Works (Works), And In Particular: 1) Demolition Of The Existing Surface Made Of Concrete Tiles;2) Supplementation, Leveling And Thickening Of The Existing Foundation;3) Laying A New Surface With Concrete Paving Stones;4) Replacing Existing Curbs;5) Replacing Existing Vertical Traffic Management Signs;6) Installing New Benches For Passengers.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Scope Of Construction Works Necessary To Be Performed Under This Order Are Specified In Detail: 1) Design And Technical Documentation, Constituting Annex No. 1.1 To The Terms Of Reference, Reference Number: Zp.272.13.2026, Which Includes: A) Design And Technical Documentation, B) Bill Of Quantities, C) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, D) Certificate Of May 29, 2026, Reference Number: Boś.6743.1.24.2026, E) Conservation Decision Of September 16, 2024, Reference Number: Irn-Ii.5152.399.2024.Aw, F) Conservation Decision Of December 17, 2025, Reference Number: Irn-Ii.5152.513.2025.Aw;2) Guidelines Of The Rabbinical Commission For Cemeteries Constituting Annex No. 1.2 To The Terms Of Reference, Reference Number: Zp.272.13.2026.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Construction Works That Are The Subject Of This Contract, Described In Detail In The Design And Technical Documentation Referred To In Section Above. 5 Point 1, Necessary To Implement The Subject Of This Agreement And Achieve The Purpose It Is Intended To Serve.5. The Ordering Party Makes The Bill Of Quantities Available To The Contractors, With The Reservation That The Bill Of Quantities Should Be Treated As Indicative And Only As Auxiliary Material, I.E. The Quantities Presented In The Bill Of Quantities Should Be Understood As Approximate, While As Part Of The Order, All Construction Works, Services And Supplies Listed In The Bill Of Quantities And Those Not Mentioned Therein, But Appearing In The Construction Design Or Stwiorb Or This Swz Should Be Valued And Performed.
