The Subject Of The Order Are Wholesale Deliveries With Pressure Refueling Of Diesel Oil At The Suppliers Expense And Risk In Quantities Resulting From The Ordering Partys Needs, Approximately 5 M3 Two Or Three Times A Month. The Total Estimated Quantity Is 165 M3 Per Year. The Contractor Is Obliged To Execute The Order In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of March 9, 2017 On The Monitoring System For Road Transport Of Goods. Diesel Oil Must Meet The Parameters Specified In The Polish Standard Pn-En 590, Current As Of The Date Of Submission Of The Offer. Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels. (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1018). The Order Includes: A. Fuel Delivery, B. Filling A 5 M3 Tank.
