The Ordering Party Requires Integration Of The Supplied Digital Set (Dci Cinema Projector, Dci Cinema Server) With The Infrastructure Of The Cinemas Sound System, Including Primarily Its Cinema Sound Processor - As Of The Date Of Publication Of This Procedure, The Dolby Cp750 Product, And The Ordering Party Is Making Efforts To Modernize The Devices In This Area.5. As Part Of The Order, The Ordering Party Requires The Delivery Of Brand New, Unused, Undamaged, Functional, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Originally Packed Equipment. The Delivered Equipment Should Have Warranty Cards And An Operating Manual In Polish And Must Have Documents Required By Applicable Law - A Declaration Of Conformity Or A Ce Certificate (Conformité Européenne). The Delivered Equipment Cannot Be Exhibition Goods. 6. The Supplied Equipment Must Come From The Manufacturers Authorized Distribution Channel And Be Brand New, Manufactured No Earlier Than 12 Months Before The Date Of Submission Of The Offer, Technically Efficient, Safe, Undamaged, Free From Defects, Complete, Suitable For Proper Operation In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Standards. 7. After Carrying Out The Works Included In This Procedure, The Contractor Will Calibrate The Cinema Technology System Devices, I.E.
