1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Internet Access And Data Transmission Services Within The Corporate Network. The Ordering Party Divided The Order Into 3 Tasks. Task 1 - Provision Of Internet Access Services 1 (Basic Connection). The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Internet Access Services. The Scope Of The Contract Includes The Following Elements: - Provision Of Internet Access Services In The Location: • Łódź, Ul. Kilińskiego 66A,• Łódź, Ul. Solna 142. An Offer Can Be Submitted For Task: 1 Or 2 Or 3 Or 1 And 3 Or 2 And 3 Of The Order. An Offer Cannot Be Submitted For Tasks 1 And 2. Submitting An Offer For Task 1 And Task 2 At The Same Time Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer For Both Tasks Due To The Inconsistency Of The Content Of The Offer With The Terms Of The Order (Article 226(1)(5) Of The Public Procurement Law).3. The Subject Of The Order For Task 1 Was Described In The Contract - Annex No. 7Ab To The Swz - For Tasks 1 And 2, As Well As In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz), Constituting Annex No. 1A To The Swz - For Task 1. 4. The Ordering Party Requires That The Service Offered, Including All Ict Products, Ict Services And Ict Processes Used To Perform The Order, Both As Main Elements And Components, Environmental Elements Service Provision Or Accompanying Solutions, Did Not Include: • Ict Products, Ict Services Or Ict Processes Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Act Of July 5, 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security; • An Ict Product Whose Type Was Specified In The Decision To Recognize The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier Referred To In Art. 67B Section 15 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, • Ict Services, Ict Processes Specified In The Decision On Recognizing The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier, Referred To In Art. 67B Section 15 Of The Act Of July 5, 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System. Failure To Meet The Above Requirement Results In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 17 Or Point 19 Of The Public Procurement Law.
