The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of A Road In The Design And Build System Over A Length Of 130 Meters, Reconstruction Of Two Intersections, Reconstruction Of Sidewalks, Reconstruction Of Exits, Reconstruction Of The Road Along With The Entire Road Infrastructure And Infrastructure Remaining In The Road Right-Of-Way. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Development Of Design Documentation Together With Obtaining A Decision Approving The Implementation Of The Road Investment (Zrid) Along With The Transfer Of Copyrights To The Extent And Under The Terms Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, With The Right To Exercise And Authorize The Exercise Of Derivative Copyrights To The Design Documentation Within The Scope And Under The Terms Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, Including The Transfer Of Ownership Rights To The Copies And Cd/Dvd Media On Which The Design Documentation Was Recorded; 2) Performance Of Construction Works, Including Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Works According To The Prepared Design Studies In Accordance With The Design Documentation Along With The Development Of As-Built Documentation, Including The Transfer Of Copyrights To The Extent And Under The Terms Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement With The Right To Exercise And Authorize The Exercise Of Derivative Copyrights To The Indicated As-Built Documentation To The Extent And Under The Terms Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, Including The Transfer Of Ownership Rights To Copies And Cd/Dvd Media On Which The Documentation As-Built Has Been Consolidated;3) The Reconstruction Of The Road Covers All Industries, Division Of Plots And Removal Of Collisions With Devices And Networks Not Serving The Road But Remaining On The Road.2.
