The Subject Of The Order Is Delivery, Within The Meaning Of Art. 7 Point 4 Of The Act Of September 11, 2019 Public Procurement Law, Hereinafter Pzp, Consisting In The Delivery And Installation Of 363 Bicycle Racks In Indicated Locations In Bydgoszcz, Preceded By The Development Of Design Documentation And The Construction Of Hardened Surfaces For Bicycle Racks With A Total Area Of ​​Approx. 533 M2. 3. The Subject Of The Order Consists Of: • Development Of Design Documentation Together With Obtaining Appropriate Opinions, Approvals, Arrangements And Administrative Decisions, • Delivery And Installation Of Bicycle Racks Along With The Construction Of Hardened Surfaces And Accompanying Works.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Matter, Scope And Performance Conditions Are Specified In: 1) The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, 2) Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Including Opz With Annexes And Sst), Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, 3) Template Of The Offer Form, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, 5. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit The Material And Financial Subject Of The Order During Its Implementation (Reduce The Scope Of The Order) By A Maximum Of 20% Of The Gross Value Of The Contract, Under The Conditions Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz). If This Right Is Exercised, The Contractor Is Entitled To Remuneration Only For Actually And Properly Performed Construction Works, And The Contractor Waives Any Claims For Non-Performance Of The Remaining Part Of The Order.
