Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of A Playground At Primary School No. 3 - Participatory Budget

I. Subject Of The Order: 1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Construction Of A Playground At Primary School No. 3 - Citizens Budget.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Described In The Design Documentation. These Documents Constitute Annexes To This Swz - Opz, Annex No. 5. 3. Devices And Equipment Should Be Located In Accordance With The Land Development Plan Constituting An Annex To The Swz.4. The Devices Should Be Installed In Accordance With The Land Development Plan And Stwior Constituting Annexes To Swz.5. After Completing The Delivery And Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Fully Recultivate The Areas Occupied By Technical And Social Facilities, The Construction Site, Temporary Roads - Made For The Needs Of The Contractor And The Construction Site, And Any Other Areas Transformed By The Contractor.6. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Carry Out Repairs To Restore Roads And Properties Used By The Contractor To A Technical Condition No Worse Than Before The Commencement Of Construction.7. The Order Includes Delivery And Construction Works Specified In The Design Documentation, As Well As Auxiliary Works And Activities Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Order.8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain Order On The Construction Site And Eliminate All Threats On An Ongoing And Systematic Basis.9. The Contractor Must Foresee All Circumstances That May Affect The Price Of The Order. Due To The Above, Bidders Are Required To Check The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Very Carefully. Construction Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Standards, Construction Practice, Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations. 10. During The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Present The Technical Data Sheets Of The Playground Equipment To The Ordering Party For Their Acceptance By The Ordering Party. The Devices Must Be Consistent With Each Other In Terms Of Their Overall Appearance (E.G. Colors, Materials) - The Devices Must Form A Set. The Colors Will Be Agreed With The Ordering Party During The Execution Of The Order.11. The Contractor Is Obliged In Particular To: A. Providing The Ordering Party, On The Day Of Concluding The Contract, With A Declaration Of The Person Acting As The Construction Manager On Assuming The Duties Of The Construction Manager, Together With A Copy Of The Certificate Of Membership In The Relevant Chamber Of Professional Self-Government, Confirming The Entry Of This Person On The List Of Members Of The Relevant Chamber, And A Copy Of The Construction Licenses Held By This Person - The Copies In Question. Obtaining Each Time The Ordering Partys Acceptance And Approval Of Changing The Construction/Works Manager In Relation To The Person Indicated In The Offer, C. Obtaining Insurance And Security For Proper Performance Of The Contract At Its Own Expense, D. Making And Installing Information Boards Pursuant To The Construction Law, E. Construct
