Tenders are invited for Maintenance Work on the New Damascus - Quneitra Road from the Ayouba Junction to its Intersection with the Juba - Khan Arnaba Road, Plan 2026 The General Authority for Road Transport announces an internal tender by way of consolidation or subtraction. The General Authority for Road Transport announces its intention to conduct an internal tender for the maintenance works of the new Damascus-Quneitra road, from the Ayuba junction to its intersection with the Jaba-Khan Arnaba road, 2026 plan. Contract duration: 75 calendar days. The tender will be conducted in accordance with the Unified Public Entities Contracts System issued by Law No. 51 of 2004 and the General Terms and Conditions issued by Legislative Decree No. 450 of 2004, and in accordance with the special technical specifications and the special legal and financial terms and conditions. The bidder is considered to have reviewed the project file according to the following conditions: Estimated value: (19,304,000) SYP only (nineteen million three hundred and four thousand new Syrian pounds only). Initial deposit: (5%) of the estimated value, valid until the bidders offer expires. Final deposit: (10%) of the award value. All partners must submit provisional and final deposits. Those wishing to participate in this tender should contact the Contracts Directorate at the General Authority for Road Transport to obtain the technical, legal, and financial terms and conditions, as well as an electronic copy of the technical specifications for roads and bridges issued by the Ministry of Transport in 2002, for a fee of 3,000 Syrian Pounds (three thousand new Syrian Pounds only).
