1. This Rfp Is Open To All Interested Vendors. 2. The City Of Calgary Is Seeking Proposal From Interested Vendors For The Supply And Delivery Of Pool Water Test Reagents And Water Treatment Chemicals On An As Needed Basis For Calgary Recreation And Social Programs. The Resulting Agreement May Be Used By Other Business Units Within The City Of Calgary, At Their Discretion And As Required3. This Procurement Process Is Not Intended To Create, And, Will Not Create, A Formal, Legally Binding Bidding Process. It Will Instead Be Governed By The Law Applicable To Direct Commercial Negotiations. 4. The Agreement(S) Will Be For An Initial Term Of One (1) Year. The Agreement(S) May Be Renewed, Four (4) Times For Two (2) Years Each Time. The Potential Total Term Length Is Nine (9) Years.
