Bids Are Invited For 603-Rfi Regulatory Platform Modernization

The Objective Of This Request For Information (“Rfi”) Is To Collect Information From Prospective Delivery Partners About What Is Currently Available In The Marketplace That Could Meet The Aer’S Service Requirements For Its Regulatory Platform Modernization Program. Aer Intends To Build A Modular, Aer-Owned Regulatory Capability Platform That Will Progressively Replace Its Current Regulatory Systems And Is Seeking Information From Organizations With The Capability To Help Design And Build The Platform And The Data Foundation It Depends On As Described In Section 4.0. Workday Shall Include Specific Questions And Subjects That Vendors Are Requested To Respond To. Following Review Of The Responses To This Rfi, The Aer Is Not Obligated To Conduct Any Procurement Process. Information Gathered Through This Rfi Will Assist The Aer In Determining The Requirements And Provisions, Scope Of Work And Approach In The Development Of A Procurement Process. This Rfi Is Not A Competitive Bid Process And Will Not Result In A Contract Award.
