Bids Are Invited For Rfp 26-012 Graham Creek Reservoir Detailed Engineering Final

This Request For Proposals (The “Rfp”) Is An Invitation By Rocky View County (The “County”) To Prospective Proponents To Submit Proposals For Detailed Engineering Services For Graham Creek Reservoir Expansion (280002 Township Rd 264, Rocky View County, Se-25-26-28-W4m),The Scope Of Work The County Intends To Award Includes Full Engineering Services For Design Through To Issuance Of The Final Acceptance Certificate. This Shall Include Detailed Engineering, Regulatory Approvals, Tendering, Contract And Construction Administration, Commissioning, Etc.The County Is Currently In The Process Of Finalizing The Acquisition Of The Ne-24-26-28-W04m To Locate The New Raw Water Reservoirs.The County’S Current Plan For Project Delivery Is To Complete The Detailed Design Of Cells 3 & 4 At The Same Time, With Construction Of Cell 3 Is Intended To Proceed In 2027, And Timing Of Construction Of Cell 4 To Be Determined In The Future. The County Intends To Proceed With The Geotechnical And Environmental Investigation, And Site Survey In 2026, And Advance Detailed Design Over The Winter. Tender To Be Issued Late Q1 2027, With Construction Completion In Q4 2027.The County’S Intended Reservoir Design Shall Follow The Conceptual Design Described As Option 2, As Identified In The Appendix E: Technical Memorandum #1, Preliminary Engineering Services For Graham Raw Water Reservoir Expansion Rev 1, Mpe Engineering, November 14, 2025.
