Bids Are Invited For Industrial Park Feasibility Study

The Municipal District Of Taber (Md Of Taber) Is Seeking A Qualified Consultant To Conduct A Feasibility Study To Determine Whether The Development Of An Industrial Park Is Viable, Advisable, And Strategically Beneficial For The Region. In Addition To Viability The Study Will Identify Options Related To Siting, Partnerships And Municipal Land Use Planning.This Project Is Funded In Part Through The Government Of Alberta’S Northern And Regional Economic Development (Nred) Program And Must Comply With All Associated Funding Requirements.The Md Of Taber Is Seeking Professional Advice And Objective Analysis, Not Validation Of A Predetermined Outcome.Project Objectives•Determine Whether An Industrial Park Is Viable And Strategically Justified•Evaluate Market Demand To Support Development•Assess Site Locations, Infrastructure Feasibility, Partnerships And Land Use •Identify Risks, Constraints, And Alternatives•Provide A Clear Recommendation: Proceed, Do Not Proceed, Or Proceed With Condition
