This Request For Information (“Rfi”) Is Issued By Strathcona County (The “County”) For The Purposes Of Gathering Information About The Marketplace In Order To Assist In The Determination Of Future Purchasing Options Or Requirements. Respondents Are Asked To Respond To The County And Provide The Information Requested Below.The County Is Seeking Information On Fleet Vehicle Rental Solutions, Including Pick Up Trucks, Vans, And Suvs, To Support Both Seasonal And Month To Month Rental Requirements. Vehicles Rented By The County Must Be Capable Of Being Upfitted With County Branding Such As Logos, As Well As Meeting Other Specified County Requirements For The Duration Of The Rental Period. Through This Rfi, The County Is Requesting Details On Respondents’ Multi Year Contractual Approaches, Including Pricing Structures, Seasonal Rate Models, And Price Adjustment Mechanisms. The Information Gathered Through This Rfi Will Assist The County In Evaluating Market Capabilities And Identifying Approaches That Deliver Best Value, Optimize The Rental Transaction, Support Long Term Budget Certainty, And Mitigate Pricing And Supply Risks.
