3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Bathrooms. From One Bathroom With A Length Of 830 Cm (Along The Corridor) And A Width Of 280 Cm - Height 3.10, Two Bathrooms Will Be Made, One For Children And The Other For Teachers (An Additional Wall Separating Them Is Necessary). The Teachers Bathroom Will Have Dimensions Of Approximately 2.50 M X 2.80 M And A Door From The Corridor Will Need To Be Made Into It. Everything Needs To Be Replaced Except The Windows + Removal Of Moisture On The Ceiling In The Room Below (Similar Bathroom). Additionally, There Is A Small Bathroom Measuring 2.74 Cm Wide; Height 2.38. Replacement Of Sanitary Facilities And Demolition Of Partition Walls. 3.2. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Documentation Attached To The Swz, I.E. Detailed Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bill Of Quantities And Photographic Documentation (Appendix No. 1 To Swz - Opz). Together, These Documents Constitute A Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular Demolition, Finishing, Sanitary And Electrical Installation Works, Installation Of Equipment And Accompanying Works Indicated In The Stwiorb And The Bill Of Quantities.3.3. The Photographic Documentation Is Of An Auxiliary Nature And Shows The Existing Condition Of The Rooms Covered By The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Order In Accordance With The Scope Specified In Stwiorb And The Bill Of Quantities.3.4. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature For The Calculation Of The Offer Price, While The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account All Works Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Resulting From The Procedure Documentation, On-Site Visit And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge.3.5. The Documentation Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Covers The Full Scope Of Works Covered By This Procedure, I.E. The Basic Scope And The Optional Scope. The Basic Scope Of The Order Includes Construction Works Related To The Renovation Of The Big Bathroom, In Accordance With The Order Documentation.
