1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction, Expansion And Addition Of The Building Of The Independent Public Palliative Care Complex. John Paul Ii In Suwałki. 2. The Detailed Scope Of The Contractors Responsibilities Is Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 3. The Detailed Subject Of The Order Was Described In The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And In The Bill Of Quantities, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. 4. Bills Of Quantities Are Only An Auxiliary Document That The Contractor May Use, But Is Not Obliged To Do So. 5. The Ordering Party Has A Valid Building Permit Issued By The Mayor Of Suwałki No. 75/2026 (Reference Number: Agp.6740.57.2026.Ig) Of June 2, 2026. 6. All Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Applicable Technical Conditions And Regulations. 7. Required Period Of Quality Guarantee And Warranty, Counting From The Date Of The Final Protocol Acceptance Of The Works: 1) 60 Months For Completed Construction And Installation Works, 2) For Installed Machines, Devices And Materials - In Accordance With The Manufacturers Warranty Cards, But Not Less Than 36 Months. Service Inspections Of Installed Machines, Devices And Materials During The Warranty Period Are The Responsibility Of The Contractor, With The Exception Of Passenger Lifts In The Scope Of Inspections Required By The Office Of Technical Inspection 8. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Act, In The Place Where The Subject Of The Contract Is Described Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. Furthermore, All Such References Should Be Deemed To Be Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. Indication Of The Equivalence Of The Offered Solution In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Act And On The Principles Specified Therein Rests With The Contractor. In The Case Of Description Using Standards, Equivalent Solutions Are Those That Ensure Compliance With The Minimum Requirements Specified In The Standard At A Level Not Worse Than That Described In The Relevant Standards. In The Case Of Standards Referred To In The Swz (Unless Specified In Detail), Current Standards Are Understood. In Other Cases (Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Using Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems), A Product, Material Or System With Technical, Functional And Quality Parameters Not Worse Than Those Mentioned In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Considered Equivalent. 9. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes A Provision Resulting From Knr Or Knnr Indicating The Need To Use Specific Equipment With Specific Parameters To Complete The Order, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Other Equipment Provided That It Will Ensure The Achievement Of The Assumed Desig
