The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Titled: Center For The Development Of Culture And Tourism In Wola Mąkolska, Including Construction, Installation And Land Development Works Along With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure. The Scope Of The Order Includes, In Particular, Preparatory And Surveying Works, Earthworks, Foundations, Construction Works, Masonry, Insulation, Roofing, Finishing And Road Works, As Well As The Execution Of Electrical, Sanitary, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning And Central Heating Installations. The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To Perform Works Related To The Thermal Modernization Of The Facility, Installation Of Windows And Doors, Construction Of A Paving Stone Surface And All Accompanying And Auxiliary Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Applicable Legal Regulations.
