The Subject Of The Order Is Modernization Of The Records Of Land And Buildings In The Cadastral Districts Of Zawada, Turzyczka And Marusze, Located In The Cadastral Unit Wodzisław Śląski Of The Wodzisław County.2. Carrying Out Works In Accordance With The Project For The Modernization Of The Register Of Land And Buildings For The Following Districts: Jedłownik, Turzyczka, Marusze, Radlin, Kokoszyce, Zawada Of The Wodzisław Śląski Registration Unit, Is Intended To Modernize The Register Of Land And Buildings In The Area Of The Following Registration Districts: A) 241504_1.0008 Zawadab) 241504_1.0004 Turzyczkac) 241504_1.0005 Maruszew Pursuant To Art. 24A Of The Act Of 17 May 1989. Geodetic And Cartographic Law And In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development, Labor And Technology Of July 27, 2021. Regarding The Register Of Land And Buildings. Achieving The Assumed Goal Of The Work Will Improve The Quality Of Data In The Land And Building Records, As Well As Streamline The Process Of Maintaining, Maintaining And Sharing Land And Building Records In The Form Of Numerical Files And Network Services. 3. List Of Works To Be Carried Out:A. Stage I1) Analysis Of Existing Resource Materials And Assessment Of Their Suitability In Terms Of Their Possibility Of Being Used To Carry Out Modernization Works. 2) Obtaining Data On The Boundaries Of Cadastral Plots. 3) Control And Ensuring Consistency Of Egib Geometric And Descriptive Data Regarding Plots. 4) Comparison Of Geodetic And Cadastral Areas Of Plots, Examination Of Geodetic Documentation For Significant Discrepancies. 5) Preparation Of The Necessary Documentation To Eliminate Discrepancies In Plot Areas To The Extent Agreed With The Ordering Party. 6) Preparation Of A Working Database For The Purposes Of Inspection And Visualization Of Border Sections In Order To Select The Boundaries To Be Established. B. Stage Ii1) Adaptation Of Plot Identifiers To The Provisions Of The Egib Regulation.2) Obtaining Data Defining The Boundaries Of Cadastral Plots Based On Geodetic Measurements Preceded By Determining The Course Of These Boundaries.3) Measurement Of Buildings In The Field.4) Obtaining And Updating Descriptive Cadastral Data Regarding Buildings And Premises.5) Comparing The Cadastral Map Kept By The Starosta With The Area In Terms Of Land Use.6) Measurement Of Permanently Changed Land Built-Up And Urbanized Areas As Well As Developed Agricultural Areas.7) Comparison Of The Cartographic Part With The Descriptive Part Of Egib In Terms Of The Type Of Other Land Use Contours And Soil Classes. In Case Of Discrepancies, Examine The Documentation Collected At The Department Of Geodesy. 8) Adaptation Of Land Use To Applicable Legal Provisions. 9) Preparation Of Projects To Determine The Soil Classification Of Land For The Indicated Areas. 10) Introduction Of Ground Use For Flowing Waters (Wp) For Plots Located In The Border Zone Of The Syrynka, Zawadka, Lesznica And Pszow
