1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Residential Rooms In The Dormitory Building Of The Forest Technical Secondary School. Prof. Jan Miklaszewski In Starościn - (On The Plot No. Plot No. 633/14 In Starościn).2. The Scope Of The Contract Includes In Particular: 1) Preparatory And Demolition Works, Including The Dismantling Of Existing Finishing Elements, Door Joinery, Sanitary And Electrical Installation Elements, And Preparation Of Rooms For Carrying Out The Works; 2) Repairs, Additions And Leveling Of Substrates, Plasters And Wall And Ceiling Surfaces, As Well As The Execution Of The Necessary Plasterboard Structures; 3) Painting Of Walls And Ceilings, Including Preparation Of The Surface, Priming And Execution Paint Coatings With Parameters Specified In The Order Documentation;4) Replacement Of Existing Floor Layers, Preparation And Leveling Of The Substrate And Construction Of New Floors Together With Skirting Boards, Transition Profiles And Other Finishing Elements;5) Replacement Of Door Frames, Fittings, Locks, Handles, Signs And Other Equipment, As Well As Performance Of Necessary Repair And Finishing Works Within Door Openings;6) Replacement And Installation Indicated In The Documentation Elements Of The Sanitary Installation, Including Devices, Fittings, Siphons, Valves, Approaches And Connections, Along With The Performance Of Tests And Checks Of Correct Operation;7) Performance Of Electrical Works, Including In Particular The Dismantling Of Existing Installation Elements, Reconstruction Of The Switchgear, Construction Of Cable Routes And Cabling, Installation Of Electrical Installation Equipment And Lighting Fixtures, Along With The Performance Of Required Measurements And Tests;8) Delivery Of All Materials, Devices, Equipment Elements And Accessories Necessary For Complete Implementation Works Described In The Order Documentation;9) Removal, Management And Transfer For Disposal Of Waste And Demolition Materials, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations;10) Performance Of Accompanying And Reconstruction Works, Tidying Up The Premises And The Works Area, And Providing The Ordering Party With As-Built Documentation, Test Reports, Measurements, Tests, Certificates, Declarations And Other Documents Required In The Order Documentation And Legal Provisions.3. In Addition, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will: 1) Develop A Material And Financial Schedule For The Implementation Of The Order, 2) Will Be Responsible For The Entire Order, Including The Course And Timely Execution Of The Order, For Quality, Compliance With The Technical And Quality Conditions Specified For The Subject Of The Order, 3) During The Warranty And Guarantee Period, To Participate In Organized Inspections Of The Facility And Each Time In The Event Of Defects, 4) Be Fully Liable For Damage Caused By Its Own Employees As A Result Of Non-Compliance With The Regulations Occupational Health And Safety,5) Accepting Liabilit
