The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of An Internal Municipal Road On Plot No. 25/1 And 25/2 (0041 Wasilczyki), 24 Long, 2.017 Km, Constituting Mainly Access To Arable Fields And Pastures, And Connecting Two Villages. The Scope Of Work To Be Performed, In Particular: A) Making A Surface From A Mixture Of Natural Aggregate 0-31.5 Mm With 50% Addition Of Crushed Aggregate 6 M Wide (10 Cm Thick), B) Base Made Of A Mixture Of Natural Aggregate 0-31.5 Mm Thick. 15 Cm, C) Construction Or Renovation Of Roadside Ditches, D) Earthworks Related To Adapting To The Gradeline And Widening The Road Body, E) Construction Of Road Culverts, F) Construction Of Utility Exits. G) Performance Of Height Adjustment Or Possible Reconstruction Of All Revealed Elements Of The Land Development Network (Also Applies To The Roadside), In The Event Of Damage To Gate Valve Boxes, Hydrants Or Well Covers, The Contractor Will Replace The Damaged Element With A New One As Part Of The Remuneration Contractual;H) Cutting Down Conflicting Trees/Shrubs Together With Grubbing Up;I) Planting And Processing Of Slopes;J) Installation Of An Information Board (Using The Contractors Posts), Prepared By The Ordering Party;K) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation Along With Inventory Maps;L) Providing A Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Construction Works. The Investment Should Be Implemented Based On Swz, Design Documentation With Annexes, Sst, Construction Works Contract And Construction Works Notification Referred To In Art. 29, In Accordance With Art. 30 Of The Construction Law, Certificate Of The Starosta Of Suwałki On The Lack Of Objection, Reference Number: Aib.6743.1.41.2026.Ai Of May 20, 20263. The Ordering Party Is Applying For A Targeted Subsidy From The Budget Of The Podlaskie Voivodeship For Works Related To The Protection, Recultivation And Improvement Of The Quality Of Agricultural Land For The Above Order. 5. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor To Undergo An On-Site Visit Referred To In Art. 131 Section 2 Points 1 Of The Public Procurement Law And Does Not Introduce The Requirement For The Contractor To Check The Documents Necessary To Complete The Order Available On-Site At The Ordering Party Referred To In Art. 131 Section 2 Points 2 Of The Pzp.6 Act. All Demolition Elements Suitable For Reuse Are The Property Of The Ordering Party, While Elements Recognized As Waste Should Be Disposed Of By The Contractor On His Own And At His Own Expense.7.
