The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide 24-Hour Emergency Services And Remove The Effects Of Unforeseen Events Threatening The Safety Of Road And Pedestrian Traffic In The Road Area Of ​​Public Roads Managed By The Mayor Of The City, As Well As Internal Roads And Other Municipal Areas Owned By The Commune. The Scope Of Work Includes In Particular: - Ongoing Monitoring Of The Road Area Of ​​Provincial And District Roads, Including The Drogowa Trasa Średnicowa And N-S Roads; - Removing Obstacles - Collecting And Transporting Glass Cullet, Spilled Slag, Rubble, Gravel, Spilled Concrete, Papers, Sand, Stones, Bricks, Coal, Tires, Wood Mass And Other Waste To Waste Recovery Or Disposal Sites, - Collecting And Transporting Hazardous Substances (Elimination Of Oil And Liquid Leaks, Removal Of Spilled Paint And Others) To Specialized Waste Disposal Plants Hazardous, - Removal Of Waste Generated During Rescue Or Fire-Fighting Operations, - Removal Of Waste Resulting From Accidents And Fortuitous Events, - Removal Of Post-Action Waste, Post-Accident Waste And Road Collision Waste, - Removal Of The Effects Of Other Events Threatening The Safety Of Road And Pedestrian Traffic, - Removal Of Scrap/Wind Fall (Broken Branches, Limbs), Fall/Wind Fall (Trees, Shrubs Fallen/Overturned From Roots) Along With Filling The Pit With Earth, Along With Transporting This Waste To A Recovery Or Waste Disposal Site Or Managing It On Your Own, - Collecting And Transporting Dead Animals To Specialized Disposal Plants, Along With Cleaning And Disinfecting Places Where Animal Carcasses Are Located.
