The Subject Of The Order Includes The Comprehensive Construction Of A Mini Football Pitch In Two Formulas, I.E. In The Design And Build System For The Construction Of A Mini Football Pitch And The Implementation Of Construction Works For The Construction Of A Storm Sewage Connection And Drainage Of The Area.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Full Scope Of Construction Works Based On The Design Documentation Available To The Ordering Party And To Simultaneously Design And Perform Construction Works Based On The Functional And Utility Program.4. Above Parts Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Form A Compatible Whole.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In: 1) Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Functional And Utility Program, 2) Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Design Documentation For The Construction Of A Storm Sewage Connection And Drainage Of The School Area. 6. Detailed Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Constituting Annex No. 7 To Swz.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With At Least 60 Months Of Warranty And Guarantee For The Completed Design Works And Other Documents Developed Under The Subject Of The Contract, For The Performed Construction Works And For The Construction Materials Used, Installed Devices And Equipment Elements, Counted From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works, Under The Conditions Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.
