The Subject Of The Order Is: Thermal Modernization Of The Pm 7 Building (Removal Of Architectural Barriers, Renovation Of The Façade). The Scope Of Work Includes: • Reconstruction Of The Entrance And Side Stairs. • Elimination Of One Flight Of Stairs. • Installation Of An External Passenger Lift. • Insulation Of The Façade And Plaster Cladding. • Obtaining The Approval And Consent Of The Office Of Technical Inspection Regarding The Installed Device. • Construction Of Electrical Installation For The Installation Of The Crane. • Repair Of Damaged Internal Walls And Painting. • Demolition And Assembly Works. • Insulation Of The Roof With A New Covering. • Paving Works. • Replacement Of Windows And Doors. • Renovation Of The Garbage Shelter. The Contractors Responsibilities, Which Are Not Included In The Documentation Or Cost Estimate, Include: • Obtaining All Arrangements And Permits Required For The Implementation Of This Facility; • Informing All Network Operators About The Implementation Of The Task Before The Commencement Of The Works; • Surveying Services And Preparing An As-Built Surveying Inventory, • Conducting Measurements And Tests Of Materials At His Own Expense; • Developing Traffic Organization For The Duration Of The Works; • Costs Of Securing And Settling Utilities; • Costs Of Supervision Over Technical Infrastructure. The Above Costs Should Be Included In The Offer And No Separate Cost Items Should Be Included. The Ordering Party Sets The Basic Warranty Period At 60 Months.
