The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Comprehensive Multi-Discipline Design Documentation With The Acquisition Of Opinions, Arrangements And Decisions Required By Law Enabling Construction Works To Be Carried Out On The Basis Of The Developed Design Documentation, In Particular The Decision On The Construction Permit Along With The Performance Of Authors Supervision As Part Of The Task Called Modernization Of The Miniatura Municipal Theater In Gdańsk, Including: 1) Expansion And Modernization Of The Theater Building At Ul. Grunwaldzka 16,2) Expansion And Modernization Of The Art Studio Building, Including The Construction Of A Connector To The Theater Building,3) Adaptation And Renovation Of The Commercial Building At Ul. Grunwaldzka 14, The So-Called Hundreds. The Aim Of Modernization Works At The Miniatura Municipal Theater In Gdańsk, Hereinafter Also Referred To As Mtm Or Theatre, Is To Improve The Technical And Functional Conditions Of The Theaters Operation, Both In The Sphere Of The Audience, As Well As In The Ergonomics Of The Theater Staffs Work, And To Increase The Acoustic And Visual Level Of Performances. The Contractors Task Is To Revitalize The Architectural Structure, Adapt The Theater For The Production Of Performances Using Modern Stage Technology, But While Maintaining The Historic Design Of The Buildings And Maintaining Comfortable Accessibility For Disabled People. The Contractors Task Is To Make Maximum Use Of The Potential Of The Plots Belonging To The Theater: To Design Its Extensions Within The Outline Of The Plots And To Make Maximum Use Of The Space Under The Theater Building: To Enlarge The Volume Of The Auditoriums, Facilities And To Acquire Additional Storage And Technical Areas.
