3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Organization Of An International Conference Summarizing The Implementation Of The Eu Projects Bats - Baltic Sea Region Active Travel Solutions And Sumps For Bsr. The Conference Will Be Held In Gdynia On September 7-10, 2026. 3.2. The Conference Program Includes Plenary Sessions, High-Level Discussion Panels With The Participation Of City And National Authorities, European Mobility Networks, As Well As Presentations Of Good Practices And Pilot Implementations Carried Out In The Partner Cities Of Both Projects. The Conference Will Be Held For 4 Days, From September 7 To 10, 2026, In The So-Called On Day 0 There Will Be Meetings Of Bats And Sumps For Bsr Project Partners. The Conference Also Included 3 Study Visits, The Detailed Schedule Of Which Was Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz, Annex No. 1 To Swz.3.3. The Detailed Scope And Method Of Execution Of The Order Were Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 1 To Swz), As Well As In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As Ppu, Annex No. 9 To Swz).
