A) Sale And Delivery Of 5 Pieces (In Words: Five) Brand New Mfp A3 Multifunction Devices (Color Copier + Network Printer + Color Network Scanner) Along With All Consumables Subject To Wear And Tear During Normal Operation (Including: Spare Parts, Drums, Developers, Rollers, Etc.) Necessary To Print At Least 300,000 (In Words: Three Hundred Thousand) Pages, Including At Least 150,000 (In Words: One Hundred And Fifty Thousand) A4 Color Pages By Each Device, With An Assumed 20% Page Coverage [I.E. 5% For Black (K) And 5% Each For Three Colors, I.E. Blue (C), Purple (M), Yellow (Y)] And At Least 150,000 (In Words: One Hundred And Fifty Thousand) Black And White Pages Of A4 Format By Each Device, With An Assumed 5% Page Coverage, In Accordance With The Technical Specifications Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz (Annex No. 1 To The Agreement); B) Sale And Delivery Of Materials Consumables In The Form Of Toners And Waste Toner Containers Necessary To Print At Least 300,000 (In Words: Three Hundred Thousand) Pages, Including At Least 150,000 (In Words: One Hundred And Fifty Thousand) A4 Format Color Pages By Each Device, With An Assumed 20% Page Coverage [I.E. 5% For Black (K) And 5% Each For Three Colors, I.E. Blue (C), Purple (M), Yellow (Y)] And At Least 150,000 (In Words: One Hundred And Fifty Thousand) Black And White A4 Pages For Each Device, With An Assumed 5% Page Coverage, In Accordance With The Technical Specifications Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz (Annex No. 1 To The Agreement); C) Permanent Service Support (Extended Warranty With The Scope Specified In § 3 Of The Draft Contract) Of Mfp Devices Described In Point 4.A) (Hereinafter Referred To As Devices) At The Place Of Their Use, Ensuring Failure-Free Operation Of The Devices, Which Includes In Particular: A) Repairs, B) Provision Of A Replacement Device For The Duration Of The Defect Removal, C) Periodic Inspections, D) Maintenance, E) Systematic Delivery Of All Consumables, Including Those Other Than Those Listed In Point. A) And Spare Parts Necessary For The Proper Operation Of A Given Device - According To The Standards And Expected Service Life Specified By The Device Manufacturer (Excluding Parts Mechanically Damaged By The Ordering Partys Users), During The Term Of This Agreement - Or To Meet The Limits Specified In Point A) And Point B), F) If It Is Necessary To Replace Parts Mechanically Damaged By The Ordering Partys Users, The Ordering Party Will Purchase Them From The Contractor At Prices No Higher Than Those Resulting From Publicly Available Manufacturers Price Lists For This Type Of Devices. Replacement Of The Above-Mentioned Parts Will Be Carried Out As Part Of The Ongoing Warranty Service For A Given Device.
