Part I: Running A Canteen In The Local Government Kindergarten In Skomielna Biała 1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Daily Preparation And Serving Of Meals For Children In The Local Government Kindergarten In Skomielna Biała. Children Will Be Fed In The Period From September 1, 2026 To December 31, 2027 - From Monday To Friday, On Kindergarten Working Days, Including Holiday Breaks, Etc. 2. The Ordering Party Informs That The Preparation Of Meals Must Take Place In Rooms Owned By The Local Government Kindergarten In Skomielna Biała, With A Total Area Of 81 M2, Which Includes: - Kitchen, - Dishwashing Room. Tableware, - Pantry, - Vegetable And Potato Warehouse, - Utility Room, - Staff Cloakroom And Sanitary Facilities, - Corridor. Within The Lent Rooms, The Ordering Party Has The Following Equipment: - Dishwasher, - Electric Frying Pan - Potato Peeler, - Cooling Cabinet, - Brewing Kettle, - Electric Stool, - Waiters Trolley, - Vegetable Chopping Attachment, - Gas Stove, - Stem Kitchen, - Hood, - 2-Bowl Sink - 2 Pieces, - Single-Bowl Sink, - Stainless Steel Kitchen Table - 4 Pieces, - Kitchen Sink - 2 Pieces, - Pass-Through Wardrobe With Pass-Through Doors. This Equipment Will Be Made Available By The Ordering Party To The Contractor For The Period Of Execution Of This Order. During The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Fully Responsible For The Equipment And Rooms Provided. The Above-Mentioned Rooms And Equipment Will Be Handed Over To The Contractor On The Basis Of The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol, Which Will Constitute An Integral Part Of The Contract. The Contractor Will Provide The Remaining Equipment, Including Tableware And Cutlery, On Its Own. Moreover, The Ordering Party Informs That In Accordance With Ordinance No. 187/2025 Of The Mayor Of The Lubień Commune Of June 30, 2025. Regarding: Establishing Minimum Gross Monthly Rent Rates In Pln For 1 M2 Of Commercial Premises Area And Establishing Minimum Gross Rent Rates For 1 M2 Of Land Lease Per Year; And Fees For The Use Of Kitchen Equipment - Applicable On The Day Of The Tender Procedure - The Rent For 1 M2 Of The Occupied Area, Including Electricity And Gas, Is Pln 14.30 Gross Per Month, While The Rent For The Use Of Kitchen Equipment Is Pln 100.00 Gross Per Month. The Contractor Will Bear The Costs Related To The Rent For The Rooms Where The School Canteen For Children Is Run, So This Price Should Be Included In The Offer Price.3. When Preparing Meals, All Sanitary And Hygienic Requirements Should Be Taken Into Account. A Hot Meal Must Meet The Nutritional Standards Applicable In The So-Called Mass Catering Points, I.E. Meals Should Be Prepared In Accordance With The Principles Of Rational Nutrition, Made Of High-Quality, Fresh Food Products With Valid Expiry Dates.
