Vol. 1 Construction Of The Side Street Of Klasztorna - Preparation Of Documentation1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Along With Obtaining A Decision Authorizing The Implementation Of A Road Investment Issued By The First Instance Authority (Meeting All The Requirements Arising From Polish Law In Force On The Date Of Initiation Of The Tender Procedure In Terms Of The Form And Required Procedure Set Out In The Act Of April 10, 2003 On Specific Rules For The Preparation And Implementation Of Investments In The Field Of Public Roads) And The Relevant Regulations. 2. The Task Consists Of The Following Stages: 1) Development Of The Concept And Obtaining The Necessary Approvals. 2) Development Of Design Documentation And Obtaining An Effective Notification Of Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit Or A Building Permit Decision3. The Task Should Include: 1) Design A Road With A Bituminous Surface, Approx. 280 M Long, On The Section From Ul. Klasztorna Up To And Including Plot No. 629.2) Design The Connection Of The Planned Road With Ul. Klasztorna.3) Connect The End Of The Designed Road To The Existing Road.4) Take Into Account The Illustrative Scope Of The Study (Annex To The Opz)5) Reconstruct The Existing Conflicting Infrastructure, If Necessary.6) Carry Out Geotechnical Tests Of The Soil In The Trace Of The Planned Road (A Hole At Least Every 150 M)7) Design The Drainage Of The Road. The Drainage Method Should Be Proposed And Agreed With The Employer And Pgkim In Antoniowo.8) Take Into Account The Elements Of Road Traffic Safety And Apply Design Solutions Intended For People With Special Needs.9) Take Into Account Other Elements Necessary To Complete The Task4. The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Indicated In Annex No. 1A To The Swz.
