4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New Agricultural Tractor With Accessories In The Form Of Operational Leasing With Final Purchase Intended For The District Road Authority In Golub-Dobrzyń. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1A To The Swz. 4.2. The Contractor Guarantees That The Delivered Tractor And The Equipment, Devices And Accessories Installed In It Are Brand New, Original, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Complete, Consistent With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Will Have A Complete Set Of Required Documents.4.3. If Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterize The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Are Used In The Swz Or Its Annexes, In Particular In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, They Are Only Of An Exemplary Nature And Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Deliveries Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party. It Should Be Assumed That They Constitute Only Indications And Are Intended Only To Clarify The Level Of The Ordering Partys Expectations In Relation To A Specific Solution, And The Contractor Is Not Obliged To Apply Them. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law If The Swz Or Its Annexes Contain A Reference To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Ppl And Such References Were Not Accompanied By The Expression Or Equivalent, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In Each Such Standard, European Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specification, Technical Reference System.
