1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Transport Of Waste With Code 19 12 10, I.E. Combustible Waste (Alternative Fuel) Generated At The Waste Disposal And Recovery Plant In Domaszkowice To Górażdże Cement S.A. Located In Chorula At Ul. Cementowa 1.2. Once The Waste Is Handed Over To The Contractor, All Benefits And Burdens Associated With It, As Well As The Risk Of Accidental Loss Or Damage, Are Transferred To The Contractor, In Particular He Takes Responsibility For The Waste Taken Over, For Its Proper Handling And For The Resulting Consequences. Waste Record Documents, I.E. The Waste Transfer Card, Are Prepared Each Time By The Ordering Party Via An Individual Account In The Database On Products And Packaging And Waste Management (Bdo).3. Waste Will Be Transported Using Transport Organized By The Contractor (I.E. Vehicles Equipped With Walking Floor Trailers).4. The Estimated Amount Of Waste To Be Transported During The Contract Implementation Period Will Be Up To 3,500 Mg. This Quantity Was Determined For The Purpose Of Estimating The Value Of The Order. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Amount Of Waste Collected Without The Right To Pursue Claims. The Minimum Guaranteed Amount Of Waste To Be Transported Is 2,500 Mg. The Actual Amount Of Waste To Be Collected Will Depend On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. Estimated Number Of Courses 192.5. Waste Collection At The Waste Disposal And Recovery Plant In Domaszkowice Will Take Place From Monday To Sunday From 7:00 A.M. To 6:00 P.M. The Waste Transport Schedule Will Be Agreed Every Friday Preceding The Following Week. In The Event Of A Change In The Schedule, The Contractor Will Be Informed Immediately About Changes In Waste Acceptance At The Górażdże Cement Plant. 6. Weighing Of Waste With Code 19 12 10 Will Take Place At The Ordering Partys Waste Disposal And Recovery Plant In Domaszkowice On An On-Road Scale.7. Drivers Performing Transport Are Obliged To: A) Complete Training/Course/Get Acquainted With The Health And Safety Rules In Accordance With The Procedures In Force At The Recipient Of The Alternative Fuel (Górażdże Cement S.A.); B) Get Acquainted With The Rules Of Internal Transport At The Waste Disposal And Recovery Plant In Domaszkowice.
