The Subject Of The Order Is To Determine The Boundaries Of Cadastral Plots In Accordance With § 33 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development, Labor And Technology Of July 27, 2021 On The Records Of Land And Buildings (I.E.: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 219, As Amended) For Selected Plots In The Bieruń-Lędziński Poviat, For Which There Is A Significant Discrepancy Between The Area Disclosed In The Descriptive Part And The Area Resulting From The Graphic Part For 35 Cadastral Plots (15 Plots In Urban Areas And 20 Plots In Rural Areas).2. The List Of Plot Identifiers Is Annex 1 To The Swz, Which Will Ultimately Constitute A Separate Annex To The Contract Concluded In Accordance With The Draft Contractual Provisions Described In The Appendix To The Swz.
