The Client Invites A Competition For The Establishment, Operation And Maintenance Of A 24-Hour Rest Area Along The E6 Heggelia – Nordkjosbotn. The Driving Distance From The E6 To The Entrance To The 24-Hour Rest Area Itself Must Be A Maximum Of 3 Km. The 24-Hour Rest Area Must Have 12-15 Parking Spaces And Must Contain Service Facilities With Toilets, Showers And Lounges, As Well As Charging Stations. Otherwise, The 24-Hour Rest Area Must Meet The Requirements Listed In Point 3.2. The 24-Hour Rest Area Must Be Ready For Opening No Later Than 01.01.2028, And The Contract Is Valid For 10 Years From The Time Of Opening. The Client Has The Option To Extend The Agreement By 1+1 Years, So That The Total Possible Rental Period Is 12 Years. The Client Sets Up An Arrangement With Payment For Annual Rent That Will Include The Establishment, As Well As Operation And Maintenance Of The 24-Hour Rest Area.
