Tenders Are Invited For Framework Agreement On The Purchase Of Snow Plowing Services

Grimstad Municipality Will Enter Into A Framework Agreement With Several Suppliers Regarding Winter Maintenance; Ploughing, Spreading And Clearing Of Snow And Ice On Municipal Roads And Places, As Well As Placing Plow Sticks. The Framework Agreement Is Divided Into Three Parallel Sub-Contracts Divided By Machine Type: Tractor, Small Wheel Loader (4-8 Tonnes) And Large Wheel Loader (8-16 Tonnes). This Announcement Applies To Plowing Of Roads, As Well As Clearing Of Sites For Municipal Purpose-Built Buildings. The Suppliers Must Not Submit Offers For Specific Rudders, It Is The Client Who Will Allocate Rudders After The Offer Deadline Has Expired. Presumed Providers Will Be Handed Out Road Maps In A Reasonable Time, Before The Plowing Season. Because The Roots Are Dynamic And Changes May Occur, The Roots Will Be Distributed According To An Overall Assessment Of The Following Criteria: The Suitability Of The Machine, Effective Operational Planning And Cost-Benefit Related To Geographical Location And Costs Of Movement. The Client Always Strives To Divide The Roots So That They Generate Approx. Same Number Of Hours. Changes In Rudders Must Be Expected, But Will Be Agreed In More Detail Per Season. The Supplier Must Expect To Plow Ruts Within The Entire Municipality. During The Contract Period, There Will Be A Need For Occasional Plowing According To The Clients Needs. The Supplier Must Therefore Expect To Be Charged With Additional Assignments Beyond The Mess. Together With The Competition Basis, A Previous Rodeo Overview And Map Of Roads And Institutions Have Been Attached (Appendix 1, 2 And 3). These Are Outdated And New Rudders Are Under Revision. The Suppliers Must Expect Changes To Be Made To The Extent Of Certain Rudders. See Appendix 1 Requirement Specification For Further Information On The Procurement.
