The Building Is A Wooden Building Stiffened With Plasterboards. The Water Roof Is Built From Plywood And Glulam Beams Of Different Sizes. The Water Covering Is A Machine-Seamed Sheet Metal Roof On Part Of The Soffit Roofs And A Bituminous Cream Roof On The Flat Roof. Ventilation Is Mechanical Intake And Exhaust Ventilation, The Building Is Heated By District Heating With Water-Circulating Radiators. The Site Has Been Surveyed For Asbestos And Harmful Substances From The End Of 2025 (Report 11 December 2025), As Well As A Survey Of Demolition Materials In Accordance With The Ministry Of The Environment In The Summer Of 2026. Neighboring Properties In The Vicinity Of The Site Will Be In Normal Use During The Demolition Work.
