Tenders Are Invited For Day Care Center - Alteration Of Completed Building No. 1136 In Roztoky Near Prague

The Subject Of The Contract (Part) Is The Building Modifications Of Building No. 1136 In Přemyslovská Street In Roztoky U Prahy On Land No. 2962, 2963/1 And 2963/3 In Registered Office 742511 Žalov. It Is A Modification Of The Completed Building, Which Originally Served As A Pub And After Its Division Served As A Hardware Store. The Goal Of The Requested Building Modifications Is The Establishment Of A Day Care Center For The Elderly With A Maximum Of Ten Clients And Three Caregivers At The Same Time. The Care Provided Will Be Exclusively Daily From Morning To Evening. In A Rough Overview, This Operational Plan Will Require The Following Building Modifications To The Building: Replacement Of Inadequate Ceiling Structures, Insulation And Insulation And Comparison Of Floors, Redefinition Of The Main Entrance To The Building, Replacement Of Window And Door Panels, Demolition Of The New Entrance On The West Side Of The Building (Into The Backyard), Making The Building Accessible For Barrier-Free Use, Building A New Sanitary Facility And Building A New Staircase To The Attic Space. The Attic Spaces Will Be Structurally Prepared For The Perspective Building Of Housing Units For Staff And Spaces For Association Activities: The Ridge Of The Roof Will Be Raised By Approx. 600 Mm. The Existing Truss And Roofing Will Be Dismantled. The Removed Covering Will Be Reused. The Attic Space Will Be Increased By Making A Wall, Reducing The Slope Of The Roofs And Installing A New Roof Asymmetric. The Construction Modifications Of The Truss Will Affect The Roof Of The Neighboring Building (No. 2110), As The Attic Spaces Are Interconnected And The Roof Trusses Connect To Each Other. The Project Is Handled By The Building And Fire Safety Departments Of Both Buildings. As Part Of The Reconstruction, The Existing Media And Energy Connections Will Be Used, And New Internal Wiring Will Be Subject To Modifications. Construction Modifications Will Be Carried Out In The Manner And To The Extent According To The Project Documentation (Annex No. 3 Of This Zd) And The Blind Construction Budget (Annex No. 4 Of This Zd). During The Implementation Of The Work, The Need For Work Related To The Repair Or Modification Of Exposed Structures, Not Included In The Blind Budget, Cannot Be Ruled Out. These Works Will Then Be Part Of The Discussed Multiple Works, As Regulated By The Draft Sod (Annex No. 5 Of This Procurement Documentation).
