The Scope Of Work Associated With The New Perkins Mill Estates Shall Generally Include, But Not Be Limited To, The Following: (A) Rough Grading ±6.32 Acres Of Property Including Hauling Of ±7,400 Cy Of Compacted Suitable Material To Establish Subgrade For Future Development. (B) Installation Of Underground Utilities. The Installation Of ±1,100 Lf Of 8 In C900 Water Main Pipe, Hydrant Assemblies, And Water Service Locations. The Installation Of ±1,026 Lf Of Sdr26 Gravity Sewer, 22 Vf Of 4¿ Diameter Precast Manholes, And 30 New Lateral Connections Including Piping. The Installation Of ± 24 Lf Of 18 In Reinforced Concrete Pipe With Flared End Sections. (C) Grading And Construction Of A Paved Street, ±1,100 Lf And 24 Feet Wide Street, Including ±3,178 Sy Of 6¿ Graded Aggregate Base, And ±355 Tn Of 9.5 Mm Superpave, Including Striping And Final Grading.
