The 24-Hour Rest Area Must Have 12-15 Parking Spaces And Must Contain Service Facilities With Toilets, Showers And Lounges, As Well As Charging Stations. Otherwise, The 24-Hour Rest Area Must Meet The Requirements Listed In Point 3.2. The 24-Hour Rest Area Must Be Ready For Opening No Later Than 01.01.2028, And The Contract Is Valid For 10 Years From The Time Of Opening.
