The Delivery Must Be Optimally Tailored To The Needs Of The Contracting Authority; B) The (Re)Delivery And Management Of Microsoft Usage Rights Regarding Standard Software, Including Saas, Paas And Iaas Services, On The Basis Of Eas, Csp And Other Possible Microsoft Contract Forms, Under Conditions Agreed By The Contracting Authority Independently Or In Partnership With Microsoft; C) Advising On The Purchase And Renewal Of User Rights Of Standard Software, Including Regarding ... See Also Section 2.5 Of The Tender Guidelines. The Value Of The Order Is Estimated At 14 Million Euros In Total For The Full Term Of The Framework Agreement Including All Options And Extensions. Growth Is Expected From The Current Level Of Approximately 2 Million Euros Annually To 3 To 3.5 Million Euros Annually, Mainly Due To Increasing Use Of Saas And Other It Cloud Services, Including Those From Microsoft. The Maximum Size And Maximum Amount Of The Intended Framework Agreement Is Set At 18 Million Euros. When This Maximum Size Is Reached, The Framework Agreement Loses Its Effect And Assignments Can No Longer Be Awarded Under The Framework Agreement.
