The Present Contract Concerns A Government Contract For Services. The Assignment Concerns The Delivery Of A Saas (Software As A Service) System, Including Its Implementation, Configuration, Management, Integration And Maintenance, For Project Management And Time Registration Within Pnh. The Agreement Concerns A Service Agreement With An Initial Term Of Four (4) Years, With The Possibility Of Three (3) Extensions Of Twenty-Four (24) Months Each. The Maximum Term Is Therefore Ten (10) Years.
