The Subject Of Separate Item No. 1 Includes Supplies Of Conifers And Broad-Leaved Trees, Ornamental Shrubs, Seasonal Flowers, Perennial Flowers, Flower Bulbs, Mulch And Fertilizer For Decoration And Renovation Of Green Areas On The Territory Of Panagyurishte Municipality. The Subject Of Separate Position No. 1 Includes The Implementation Of The Following Activities: - Delivery (Transportation) Free Of Charge From The Warehouse Of The Municipal Enterprise Cleanliness, Town Of Panagyurishte - Storage Of The Plant Material (If Necessary) Until The Moment Of Handover - Delivery For Planting At The Site Indicated By The Contracting Authority. Before The Execution Of The Delivery(S), The Employer May Request That Samples Be Submitted By The Contractor, Which Must Be Approved By The Employer Or A Person Designated By Him. Deliveries Are Carried Out By Transport And At The Expense Of The Contractor, Ex Officio From The Employers Warehouse. The Conditions Under Which The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented, The Rights And Obligations Of The Contracting Authority And The Contractor, Are In Accordance With The Documentation For The Public Procurement And The Draft Contract, As Well As In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations. On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop, Separate Position 2 With A Total Estimated Value For The Separate Position In The Amount Of Up To Eur 3,450.00 Excluding Vat, Planned As A Separate Position In This Order, Will Be Awarded In The Order Of Its Individual Value - Through A Direct Contract, Since The Value Of The Corresponding Separate Position Does Not Exceed The Amount Of Eur 79,998.77 And At The Same Time The Total Estimated Value Of The Separate Position Awarded In This Way Does Not Exceed 20 Per Cent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order.
