The Municipality Of Prechac Wishes On The One Hand To Improve The Security Of The Plaça Dera Hount And Cami Deth Bourg Axes For Local Residents And Users And On The Other Hand To Develop The Public Space In A Qualitative Manner At The Level Of The Central Square. This Unstructured Space To Date Requires Optimization And Enhancement. The Scope Of The Operation Concerns Municipal Road No. 6 Known As “Cami Deth Bourg” Linking Departmental Road No. 13 To Municipal Road No. 7 And The Central Square Known As “Placa Dera Hount” Integrating The Church Square. The Main Objectives Of The Development Project For These Public Spaces Are: The Qualitative Development Of The Placa Dera Hount And The Access Square To The Church (Surface Area Estimated At 850 M²);Conservation And Enhancement Of The Fountain And Accessibility To The Square;Providing Security For Users Along The Municipal Road (Length Estimated At 160 Ml).
