The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction And Installation Works In The Building Of The Municipal Library And Cultural Center In Borzytuchom (Plot No. 143, District Borzytuchom, Borzytuchom Commune) As Part Of The Task Entitled Strengthening The Energy Efficiency Of The Building Of The Municipal Library And Cultural Center In Borzytuchomiu. The Scope Of Works Includes: A. Construction Industry - Reconstruction Of The Roof Truss Structure Over Rooms No. 0.06-0.11: Dismantling The Existing Truss, Making A New Reinforced Concrete Ring, Installation Of Prefabricated Wooden Trusses, Insulation With 25 Cm Thick Mineral Wool, Laying The Membrane Roof, Covering With Flat Sheet Metal Or Roofing Tiles (Graphite Color Ral 7024) And Installation Of Suspended Ceilings. Note: The Scope Of The Order Does Not Include The Construction Of Exhaust And Supply Diffusers, Which Are Marked On The Ground Floor Plan In The Architectural And Construction Design. B. Electrical Industry - Replacement Of Existing General Lighting Fixtures With Energy-Saving Led Fixtures In Rooms No 0.06–0.11. 2. The Subject Of The Order Has Not Been Divided Into Parts. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Ordering Party, Acting Pursuant To Article 91(2) Of The Public Procurement Law, Indicates The Following Reasons For Not Dividing The Order Into Parts: The Subject Of The Order Includes Construction And Installation Works Jointly: Construction (Reconstruction Of The Roof Truss Structure) And Electrical (Modernization Of Internal Lighting), Which Are Technologically Interdependent - The Installation Of Suspended Ceilings And Lighting Installations Must Be Coordinated With The Progress Of Roofing Works And Constitute Their Integral Completion. Division Into Separate Parts Would Require The Coordination Of Two Different Contractors Operating At The Same Time In The Same Facility, Which Would Create A Significant Risk Of Conflict Of Works, Difficulties In Determining Responsibility For Possible Damage And Would Significantly Complicate The Exercise Of Construction Supervision Public Utility Function And May Be Partially Used During The Works, Which Requires Strict Control Over The Construction Site By One Contractor Responsible For Safety. Moreover, The Scope Of The Works Is Small And Does Not Organizationally Or Economically Justify The Division Into Separate Contracts - A Combined Tender Allows For Obtaining A Better Price Thanks To Technological And Logistic Synergies.
