1. The Planned Project Will Consist In: A) Construction Of A Recreational Pier On Lake Tarpno In Grudziądz, Which Will Include: Driven Piles Made Of Steel Pipes, Wooden Structure Of The Bridge, Steel Balustrade Of The Bridge, Or) Construction Of A Recreational Pier On Lake Rudnicki Wielki - Dzika Beach In Grudziądz, Which Will Include: Driven Piles Made Of Steel Pipes, Wooden Structure Piersteel Balustrade Of The Pier C) Construction Of A Floating Pier On Lake Rudnickie Wielkie At The Sailing Station, Which Will Include: A Concrete Floating Pier Dead Anchors And An Entrance Ramp Along With The Installation And Construction Of A Safe Access Along The Entire Length Of The Boat Launching Slip D) Construction Of Two Low-Side Floating Piers At The Municipal Beach On Lake Rudnickie Wielkie, Which Will Include: A Low-Side Pier Floating Entrance Gangway, Anchor Poles. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Subject Of The Order Within 6 Months, However, First, The Part Of The Order Described In Point 1C And 1D Should Be Implemented, The Part Of The Order Described In Point 1A May Be Implemented Throughout The Duration Of The Contract While Ensuring Safe Access To The Swimming Pool And Beach, The Part Of The Order Described In Point 1B May Be Implemented From September 1, 2026.2. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Documentation Contained In Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Opz.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Construction Products Consistent With The Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And Approved For Use By The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 725, As Amended). Where The Origin (Brand, Trademark, Manufacturer, Supplier) Of Materials Or Standards Is Indicated In The Drawings In The Design Documentation, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Materials Or Equivalent Solutions Provided That They Ensure Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Design Documentation. The Use Of Materials Or Equivalent Solutions By The Contractor Will Take Place After Prior Information And Consent Of The Ordering Party.4. The Ordering Party Informs That In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes A Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described.5. The Ordering Party Sets The Minimum Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order At 48 Months And The Maximum At 60 Months, In Accordance With The Adopted Tender Evaluation Criterion Warranty Period.6. A Detailed Description Of The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
