1. The Subject Of This Order Includes The Expansion, Reconstruction And Change Of Use Of The Sokolni Building Located At Ul. Orkana 2A In Zakopane As A Place Of Integration And Social Activation, Along With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure, Buildings And Construction Equipment, In Accordance With The Technical Documentation Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz And In Accordance With The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. In Addition, The Ordering Party Stipulates That After Completing The Works Specified Above, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform: 1) Preparation Of Documentation As-Built, In The Form Of A Brochure Of Inspection Report Referred To In Art. 57 Of The Construction Law, Including Surveying Inventory.2. The Reconstruction And Expansion Is Aimed At Adapting The Facility To A New Function - A Place Of Integration And Social Activation.3. The Planned Reconstruction And Expansion Envisages The Introduction Of The Following Changes To The Spatial Arrangement Of The Building: 1) Demolition Of A Secondary Extension Of The Building On The Western Side; 2) Demolition Of The Farm Building On The Western Side; 3) Demolition Of A Fragment Of The Building Between Axes A And B In Order To Increase The Distance From The Surrounding Buildings And The Plot Boundary And Expansion To A Smaller Extent; 4) Introduction Of Stairs And Piercing Doors To Connect The Building With The Renovated Part; 5) Introduction Of New Vertical Communication In The Building - Construction Of 2 New Staircases Stair Lifts And 3 Passenger Lifts;6) Extension Of The Building In The Western Part With New Rooms, Bringing The Building Line In Line With The Renovated Part;7) Extension Of The Building In The Eastern Part With The Entrance Zone;8) Changing The Arrangement Of Walls And Structural And Partition Columns;9) Bricking Up Window And Door Openings In The Tower Zone, Introducing New Openings;10) Expanding The Staircase In The Tower Area;11) Rebuilding The Roof Truss;In Addition, It Is Planned Includes: 12) Installation Works; 13) Installation Of Windows And Doors; 14) Internal And External Finishing Works; 15) Installation Of Permanent Equipment; 16) Works Related To The Construction Of External Technical Infrastructure; 17) Works Related To Land Development; 18) Construction Works Related To Adapting The Facility To The Needs Of People With Special Needs: The Costs Related To Adapting The Facility To The Needs Of People With Special Needs Include, Among Others: Bells/Call Buttons At The Height Of Wheelchair Users In Appropriate Places (Including Main Entrances, Reception), 3 Elevators Adapted To The Needs Of People.
