The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Full-Discipline Design And Cost Estimate Documentation And The Execution Of Construction Works Together With Equipment In The Design And Build Formula For The Task Entitled: Modernization Of The Villa Building At Ul. 17 Stycznia 13 In Order To Create The Leszczyński Center For Non-Governmental Organizations And Civic Activity, At Ul. 17 Stycznia 13 In Leszno On Plot No. 85/3 (Bi) With An Area Of ​​1,532.0 M2. The Scope Of The Task Includes The Development Of Full-Discipline Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Based On The Architectural Concept And The Functional And Utility Program, Along With Pre-Design Works, As Well As The Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Building, Including Land Development, Technical Infrastructure And Equipping The Building With Furniture, Equipment And Devices, In Accordance With The Scope And Provisions Resulting From This Swz Together With Annexes. The Ordering Party Has An Architectural And Construction Inventory Of The Building At Ul. 17 Stycznia 13 In Leszno Developed In November 2024 - 2D Documentation Based On 3D Laser Scanning. The Documentation Will Be Provided To The Contractor After Signing The Contract.
