The Subject Of The Order, Separately For Each Location, Is The Preparation Of: A) Design Documentation Requiring Notification Or A Building Permit (If The Scope Of Works Included In The Prepared Design Requires It), B) Construction Works In Accordance With The Prepared Documentation Referred To In Point 1(A). A), C) Obtaining Documents Allowing The Use Of The Facilities After Their Adaptation.1.1. Legal Status Of The Property: The Buildings Covered By This Study Are The Property Of The Busko-Zdrój Commune.1.2. Investment Financing: The Works Referred To In Point 1 Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Act Of December 8, 2006 On Financial Support For Certain Housing Projects (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 511). The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement The Subject Of The Order In A Way That Allows The Ordering Party To Fully And Effectively Settle The Subsidy From The Subsidies Fund Under The Government Municipal Construction Program Implemented By Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego. 1.3. Scope Of The Order: A) Preparation Of Design Documentation; B) Reconstruction, Expansion Or Renovation Of Existing Municipal Buildings; C) Implementation Of The Necessary Technical Infrastructure; D) Execution Of Finishing Works; E) Delivery And Assembly Of Building Equipment (Including White Assembly, Electrical Equipment); F) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation.2. A Contractor Entering The Public Procurement Procedure Is Obliged To Undergo An On-Site Inspection Under The Conditions Described In The Swz.
